The City of Pilsen announced on 2 October 2026 that it had completed building A5 on the former Světovar brewery site. It contains 40 municipal rental apartments in 1+kk and 2+kk layouts, parking spaces and premises for the municipal police. The building, between Koterovská, Sladová and Slovanská alej streets, is adapted for people with limited mobility.
The city quotes rent of CZK 185 per square metre. The housing is intended for Pilsen residents with sufficient regular income from employment or business. The city directs applicants to its housing portal; check each listing for availability, application deadlines and full conditions. Construction has also begun on neighbouring blocks A1–A4, which will provide 68 more apartments and are expected to be finished in September 2028. Those apartments are not yet complete.
