Who uses the portal and how
These terms govern WhoWhere.online, operated by Whowhere.online s.r.o., IČO 19638434, Tylova 749/38, Jižní Předměstí, 301 00 Plzeň, Česká republika. A user is a visitor or account holder; a business is a provider or organisation listed on the portal. Professional placement is also subject to our Business terms.
You can browse the public directory without registering. Publishing and managing a business use the relevant forms and account area. Do not bypass access restrictions or use the portal for unlawful activity.
Accounts and security
Provide current details, use your own email and create a business profile only with the necessary authority. An authorised representative must act for a legal entity. Other actions require appropriate legal capacity or consent from a legal representative.
Do not share your password with others. Use available team roles for colleagues. Report suspected unauthorised access to info@whowhere.online. You can also request account deletion there; identity checks must be proportionate to the request.
Your material and rights
Authors retain rights to their text, photographs and other material. By submitting it for publication, you grant a non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce, display and technically adapt it for operating the portal, including formatting, thumbnails and language versions. This permission is limited to what that purpose requires; use beyond it needs a separate legal basis.
Do not submit someone else’s photographs, documents, private correspondence or images of people without the necessary rights. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your contributions. Editorial formatting does not mean we guarantee every statement by the author.
Services, jobs, events and housing
Contact links, external booking, ticket purchases and directions may lead to third-party services with their own rules. Before paying or travelling, confirm the price, terms, availability and time with the business or organiser.
We are not a party to your agreement with an advertiser unless expressly stated. A paid card status means promotion, not a quality guarantee. We explain result ordering and the status of reviews separately.
Moderation and restrictions
Under our Platform rules, we may request a correction, hide material, restrict a feature or block an account. We consider the law, evidence, context, severity and recurrence. Immediate restrictions may be needed to stop fraud, a data leak or other serious harm.
Where required by law, we provide a known recipient with reasons: what was restricted, why, for how long and how to seek review. A legal prohibition on disclosure may limit the notice. We do not guarantee prior review of every publication.
Reports, complaints and disputes
Use the reporting form or write to info@whowhere.online. To request review, include a URL or reference number, your reasons and any new facts. A person considers the request; a complaint alone does not guarantee removal.
If a consumer dispute concerns a service supplied by the operator itself and cannot be resolved directly, you can contact Česká obchodní inspekce — ADR. This does not automatically cover a dispute with a separate listed business. Court remedies and other legal avenues remain available.
Availability and liability
We maintain the portal and correct identified errors, but technical interruptions and changes to third-party information can occur. Articles provide general information; individual legal, medical or financial decisions may need a qualified professional.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights. Users remain responsible for their own breaches within the limits of applicable law.
Leaving and updates to these terms
You may stop using the portal at any time. Contact us to delete your account or content; lawful reasons to retain particular data are explained in our privacy policy.
We show the version and date on this page. Material changes affecting registered users are communicated appropriately in advance unless the law requires immediate action. New versions do not retrospectively alter an agreed order. Czech law applies with mandatory user rights fully preserved.
