General provisions
These terms govern the use of the portal by business users and supplement the general terms of use.
Definition of terms
"Corporate User" represents a business; "Company Profile" is its page; "paid tariff" means Premium or VIP in the available configuration.
Business user
The corporate user provides true contact and identification information and uses the portal for professional purposes.
Authorization to represent the company
The person confirms the authorization to act on behalf of the company. The operator may request additional documentation.
Creating a company profile
The request is reviewed before publication. The operator can modify the formatting or request clarification without changing the substance.
Company verification
Technical or administrative verification of data is not a guarantee of quality, solvency or legality of any company's actions.
Free profile
The free profile is available to the extent of actually activated features and may have lower visibility than paid plans.
Paid tariffs
Paid tariffs only provide the functions and visibility explicitly stated in the price list or individual offer at the time of ordering.
VIP
Active VIP is tied to a specific city and category, has priority over Premium and may be limited by the number of seats available.
Prices
The current price is listed in the price list or offer before ordering. Marketing materials do not replace the agreed terms of the order.
Currency
The currency and amount are indicated before the order is confirmed.
Taxes
The tax regime and the final amount must be specified in the offer or payment document according to the applicable law.
Payment
The method of payment and the recipient are communicated before payment. The portal now does not contain an integrated automatic payment gateway.
Billing period
The period is determined by the specific offer or order confirmation; these terms do not establish a universal time.
Extension
Automatic renewal is not implemented in the portal. Each extension requires terms communicated to the business user.
Cancellation
The method and consequences of cancellation depend on the agreed order and applicable law; the request is sent to the contact address.
Refund
Refunds are handled according to the agreed conditions, the extent of the performance already provided and mandatory rules; the portal does not have a uniform universal policy.
Tariff change
The transfer is possible only after confirming the availability, price, date and consequences of the change.
Paid promotion
Paid visibility affects ranking and is not an independent recommendation of the operator.
Advertising position
Purchased positions must be clearly marked as Premium, VIP, "Promoted" or "Advertising".
Advertising designation
The company must not hide the advertising nature of the material, if the law or the format of the portal requires labeling.
Corporate content
The company is responsible for the legality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness of the data in the profile and advertisements.
Photos and logos
The company guarantees that it has the rights to uploaded photos, logos and other materials.
Timeliness of information
The company updates prices, opening hours, contacts, job offers, events and other important information in a timely manner.
Reviews
The public review system is not yet live. Once launched, the business will not be able to request the removal of criticism simply because it disagrees with it.
Company responses
The reply function is not yet implemented. Once launched, responses must be professional and not reveal personal information.
Prohibition of manipulations
Own reviews, buying ratings, rewards for positive reviews only, pressure on authors and other artificial influence are prohibited.
Sorting
Premium and VIP directly affect visibility, as described on the ranking page. Accurate technical scales are not a contractual condition.
Profile restrictions
The operator may temporarily limit the profile due to inspection, non-payment of an agreed order, security risk or violation.
Blockage
Serious or repeated violations may lead to blocking with respect to proportionality and the right to appeal.
Termination of cooperation
Upon termination of cooperation, the paid benefits end on the agreed date; the basic profile can remain if there is a legal reason.
Data after the end of the tariff
The retention or deletion of data depends on the type of data, the company's request, legal obligations and privacy policy.
No guarantee of results
The paid tariff does not guarantee a specific number of customers, inquiries, views, sales or reservations.
Complaints
A complaint or question about the tariff can be sent to info@whowhere.online with company details and a description of the problem.
Changes to terms and conditions
Substantial changes are published with a new version and date; the agreed reporting rules apply to existing paid relationships.
Right
The law of the Czech Republic and the EU will be applied, taking into account mandatory rules.
