Who runs the program
Organizer: Whowhere.online s.r.o., IČO 19638434, Tylova 749/38, Jižní Předměstí, 301 00 Plzeň, Česká republika. The program is for businesses and sole traders listing their own business on the portal. “Founder” describes this partner program, not ownership: it grants no shares, voting or investment rights. These terms supplement our business terms.
100 businesses plus us
Premium and VIP share a limit of 100 external businesses. WhoWhere.online s.r.o., registration number 19638434, is an additional portal founder outside this limit: there may be 101 participants in total. One verified business registration number means one selected profile and one place. Duplicate or linked profiles do not receive additional places. Previously confirmed rights are preserved; our company is moved outside the quota.
Application, reservation and first payment
Apply, choose Premium or VIP and accept these terms, including public participation. An application alone does not reserve a place. An administrator verifies the business, checks capacity and agrees the invoice; reservation precedes invoice issue. The first invoice already includes 50% off. Payment is due within 7 calendar days of reservation; the exact deadline is shown in your account. After full payment is received and verified, membership is permanent. Numbers follow payment confirmation order, not application order.
After the deadline
After 7 days, our team checks incoming bank payments first. The place remains reserved during reconciliation and is not allocated twice. Received payments are confirmed; unpaid reservations are released. A late payment after release requires agreement: a new reservation is possible only if capacity remains. We do not increase an already paid invoice without agreement; if participation is unavailable, we agree another period or a refund. What the discount covers
The discount is 50% of the Premium or VIP base price in the price list when the order is agreed. It is a permanent percentage, not a fixed lifetime price in crowns. Separate periods of 1–12 months may be purchased, including in advance. Taxes and totals follow the normal plan terms and invoice. Separate advertising, website development and other agency services are excluded. Offers do not stack unless agreed separately. Historical paid or already issued invoices are not automatically recalculated.
What lifetime means
The confirmed business retains the discount for the entire operating life of WhoWhere.online. It has no expiry date and survives Premium ↔ VIP switches, a return to Free and payment breaks. Ordinary cancellation of a period does not delete membership either. Paid features are available only during paid dates; there are no automatic charges. Membership cannot be sold or transferred to another legal entity or business. Name changes, profile restoration or merging for the same entity are handled by our team. Closing enrollment or changing future promotions does not remove confirmed 50% rights.
Public participant directory
Public participation is a required part of this program. The founders directory shows the number, public business name and profile link. There is no hide setting. Invoices, payments, private contacts and registration documents are not published. If a profile is deleted, blocked or unpublished, its number remains as “place occupied · profile unavailable” without disclosing hidden data. Occupied numbers are not sold again. Corrections and personal data requests are handled at info@whowhere.online under our privacy policy; statutory rights are not restricted.
Features, checks and support
Founder status guarantees no sales, reviews, VIP placement or priority beyond the current plan. Features and quotas follow the chosen plan; VIP placement is separately agreed subject to availability. Erroneous, duplicate or fraudulent applications create no entitlement. Disputed confirmations are reviewed manually; we explain the reason and allow the business to respond.
