FN Plzeň published findings from this year’s National Patient Satisfaction Assessment on 14 October. The scheme is organised by the Czech Health Ministry. According to the hospital’s announcement, the overall satisfaction score among surveyed inpatients was 95.63%.
Patients completed 2,254 questionnaires before discharge across 48 inpatient wards and units. Respectful treatment and emotional support received the strongest ratings. Comments also raised food, wayfinding signs, bathroom facilities and conditions for resting in rooms.
This is a hospital-reported measure of respondents’ experience and satisfaction, not a clinical success rate or a guarantee of treatment outcomes. The announcement does not provide exact collection dates or the response rate among all patients, so the result should not be generalised to every visitor. See the FN Plzeň announcement.
