Pilsen published its municipal election results on 11 October following voting on 9–10 October 2026. The city reports turnout of 41.7%. Five political groups will share the 47 seats on the elected city council for the next four years.
- ANO 2011 a nezávislí: 31.69% of votes, 18 seats.
- STAN: 17.97%, 10 seats.
- ODS: 15.43%, 8 seats.
- Pro Plzeň s podporou lidovců: 11.38%, 6 seats.
- Chceme Plzeň: 8.9%, 5 seats.
The seat allocation does not announce a new mayor. Post-election negotiations will determine the governing coalition, mayor and members of the executive city council, known as Rada města Plzně. These figures concern the city-wide elected council, not the separate district councils. International residents can follow this local government development regardless of citizenship or voting eligibility; the announcement contains no change to immigration or residence rules.
