Prague’s council has approved a repayable assistance programme to expand capacity at private secondary schools in the city. Its allocation is CZK 300 million. Applications are due to open on 8 February 2027.
Under the announced conditions, private secondary schools providing full-time education in Prague may seek interest-free loans of CZK 500,000–30 million. Loans from CZK 2 million require collateral or a bank guarantee. Repayments are quarterly, with a maximum term of ten years.
The programme is due to appear on the municipal official noticeboard on 4 January 2027. Applications will run until 30 April 2027 or until funds are exhausted. This is a future programme for schools, not a household payment or an already open call; check the final conditions before applying.
