The third stage of work continues at the Kbelská–D8 junction. According to TSK, the 12–23 October 2026 phase closes the exit ramp to Veselská and reduces the relevant section of Kbelská to one lane. Other entry and exit ramps remain open during this phase.
Signed alternatives run via Prosecká–Kbelská, Kostelecká–Cínovecká and then Tupolevova and Veselská, or via Kbelská–Liberecká–Vysočanská with a return to Liberecká and Veselská. Follow the signs installed on site.
The next phase is planned from 24 October, with full reopening of the reconstructed section planned by 30 November. This TSK notice does not yet give final arrangements for the next phase, so do not assume the present diversion continues after 23 October.
