Pilsen announced on 30 September that its first residential building at Světovar, block E, is complete. The building contains 34 municipal flats in 1+kk and 2+kk layouts. Separate offers for different applicant groups are already listed on the city housing portal. The building’s 34 flats should not be confused with the number of offers currently open.
The city says the base rent is CZK 185 per m². Some flats are intended for people under 36, while others are reserved for selected professions. Check the specific listing for eligibility, the full monthly amount and additional charges. The city says applicants must be Pilsen residents with sufficient regular income.
One listing checked today gives 1 November 2026 as the application deadline. Verify the deadline and requirements for your chosen flat on the portal, which provides an online application.
