Pilsen has completed the renovation of Kotkova 17 and 19 and listed 24 flats on its municipal housing portal. Applications are open through 12 October 2026.

The city says the housing is intended, among others, for families and single parents with children, people under 35 unable to afford market housing, and workers in selected essential professions. The base rent is CZK 158.62 per m² per month. Check each listing for the specific conditions and current availability before applying.
