PMDP announced changes on 20 October for the closure of the Těšínská–Masarykova–Na Dlouhých junction. From 29 October until approximately 13 December 2026, route 13 will divert both ways between Těšínská and Na Dlouhých via Masarykova and Mohylová.
Route 13 will skip Ke Kukačce and Ke Špitálskému lesu. On the diversion it will use route 16’s Opavská stops. At Poliklinika Doubravka, services towards Na Dlouhých use a temporary stop by Masarykova–Třešňová; city-bound services use route 16’s stop.
For 38, the change concerns the 7:33 departure from Červený Hrádek on school days. From Habrmannovo nám. it will run to route 13’s Na Dlouhých stop, skipping Poliklinika Doubravka, Opavská and Ke Špitálskému lesu. Check your departure before travelling; the end date is approximate.
