PVK has announced emergency repairs to the main water pipe at Ďáblická and Žernosecká. Water is due to be shut off on Wednesday 21 October 2026 at about 22:00, affecting almost 32,000 customers according to the operator. Repairs are expected to finish on Thursday afternoon; no exact restoration time has been given.
The notice identifies the Ďáblice and Prosek housing estates south of Liberecká and the Krocínka area. Prosek polyclinic will not be affected. Parts of the Ďáblice estate and Ďáblice-sever may experience lower pressure depending on demand.
PVK says drinking-water tankers and containers of bottled water will be provided during the works. If your address is in the affected area, prepare a supply before the evening and check the operator’s latest notice. The affected area and repair timetable may be clarified.
