Fire rules in the Czech Republic

  • In the forest and within 50 meters from its edge, open fire is allowed only in specially designated places.
  • Do not light a fire under branches, on roots, dry leaves, or near flammable materials.
  • Keep water, sand or earth nearby, do not leave the fire unattended or leave it to children.
  • Extinguish the flame and heat completely before leaving. If the fire is out of control, call 150 or 112.
