Pilsen 4 district announced on 6 October 2026 that it had selected a winning proposal in a small architectural competition for a future stage in Lobezský Park. The winner is PRO-STORY, led by architect Jiří Zábrana. The proposal combines a covered stage, refreshments and toilets. It is a design proposal, not an existing facility or a completed permit.

The architects and district representatives will present the design publicly on 9 November at 4 pm in the ceremony hall of the Pilsen 4 town hall. The district says people may send comments and suggestions until the end of November; it will assess them and may incorporate them. The submission channel has not yet been specified. Design documentation is expected from December, with construction tentatively planned during 2028 at an estimated cost of about CZK 15 million. The cover is a conceptual AI illustration of planning, not a rendering of the winning design.
