The Czech Statistical Office published its regional summary of the 2026 Senate elections on 20 October. The runoff itself took place on 16–17 October; the fresh development is this official statistical release, not another vote.
Karel Řehka of STAN won district 9, Plzeň-město, with 59.4% of votes. Runoff turnout was 27.2%. The district covers Pilsen except the Plzeň 2–Slovany municipal district.
In district 3, Cheb, Miroslav Plevný of STAN retained his seat with 71.4% of votes on turnout of 20.3%. That district also includes part of the Tachov area. The figures come from the Czech Statistical Office’s Pilsen regional administration and refer to the 2026 runoff.
