Prague has had a unified TSK traffic-signal fault desk since 1 October 2026. Its round-the-clock number is 257 015 015. Reports can include damaged or unlit signals and pedestrian buttons that do not work.
In its 7 October announcement TSK said calls to the former THMP desk are redirected to the new one. The change requires no extra steps from the public. If a fault threatens traffic safety, TSK also lists 158 or 112.
The transfer of field maintenance, preventive checks and call-outs from THMP to TSK’s service company is planned for 1 February 2027. That is a future organizational step; the reporting contact is already operating.
