Prague has published a warning attributed to the Prague police about traffic measures on Tuesday, 3 November 2026. Significant restrictions due to notified gatherings and marches are expected from approximately 14:00. Roads will be restricted for as long as necessary as participants pass; no single exact end time has been announced.
One main march is to travel from Česká televize via Na Pankráci, Štětkova, Kongresová, 5. května, Nuselský most and Legerova to the National Museum and Václavské náměstí. Another march from Český rozhlas is to join near I. P. Pavlova.
The main impact is expected on 5. května approaching from the D1 towards the museum. During the move to Václavské náměstí, Wilsonova in front of the museum will also be briefly restricted in the opposite direction. Police ask drivers to avoid these roads where possible.
Temporary tram restrictions around I. P. Pavlova cannot be ruled out. Police recommend favouring the metro for central journeys, which they expect to operate without restrictions. Check current transport notices before travelling.
