David Procházka elected Plzeň 3 district mayor for a third term

The district elected two deputies instead of three and assigned leadership responsibilities.

Plzeň 3 representatives re-elected David Procházka (ANO) at their constitutive meeting on 4 November 2026. ANO, STAN and PRO Plzeň will govern the district. Jiří Weger (ANO) is first deputy and Martin Gregar (STAN) second deputy. Gregar will take up the role full-time on 1 February 2027.

Procházka oversees the secretary’s office, transport, environment, social services and civil registration. Weger is responsible for construction administration and investment. Gregar oversees administration, internal affairs and finance.

Vladimír Krákora, Pavel Zeman, Jiří Sládek, Radoslav Průcha, Libor Janíček and Michael Sinkule complete the nine-member executive council. Ivan Tafat chairs the oversight committee and Aleš Hess the finance committee.
