From 1 November 2026, services at the mobile PID Point information centre can be paid for only by payment card, physical or virtual on a phone. The official November PDF schedule states this explicitly. It does not announce the same rule for every PID counter or information centre in Prague.
PID Point assists with issuing Lítačka including a photograph, coupon top-ups, discount proof, the app and journey planning. Free booking of a mobile-centre visit does not mean free cards or coupons.
November visits are in Central Bohemian towns. For example, on 16 November it is in Říčany at Masarykovo náměstí 10:00–18:00, and on 30 November in Kladno at náměstí Svobody 13:00–16:00. This timetable has no mobile stop within Prague.
The last customer is admitted 15 minutes before closing. The timetable may change; check the PDF before visiting and bring a card for payment. PID information: 234 704 560.
