The constitutive assembly of Plzeň 8-Černice re-elected Vladislav Sloup of OBČAS (Občané Černic aktivně spolu) district mayor on 3 November 2026. The grouping holds five of the district assembly’s nine seats. Sloup will lead the district for a second consecutive term.
Tomáš Hejtmánek (ANO) was elected first deputy mayor and Zdeněk Trojan (OBČAS) second deputy. Both will be non-full-time, or neuvolnění, assembly members. The mayor is the only full-time, uvolněný, member of the district assembly.
Sloup is responsible for the district’s overall operation, development and investment, finance, sport and now also the local firefighters. Hejtmánek will oversee grants, transport, security and the participatory budget, and help prepare investments and the budget. Trojan will handle district maintenance, playgrounds, social care and culture.
The district administration will still prepare its programme statement. It lists renewal of Selská náves, further sports-complex stages, Zelené Černice, a cycle path towards Radobyčice and safer transport among future priorities. The announcement sets no budgets or delivery dates for these projects. This is a district leadership election, separate from the election of Plzeň’s city mayor.
